As we move into Phase 2 of our development, we’re preparing to recruit a new wave of mission-driven collaborators to help bring our regenerative vision to life.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll begin hiring for select roles within our team.

What’s Coming

We’ll be opening initial co-founder roles across key areas such as:

• Strategic development and coordination

• Regenerative agriculture, sustainable farming and restoration science

• Life-centered community design, rooted in compassion and reverence for all living beings

• Grant strategy and funding outreach

• Communications, storytelling, and visual design

• Digital infrastructure and operational systems

These roles are more than jobs—they’re your chance to make a meaningful impact on the world.

How We Work

• Flexible & Remote-Ready: Some roles will be part-time or project-based to start, with the option to grow into long-term positions as we scale

• Compensated Roles: All contributors will receive financial compensation based on role scope and budget. We’ve allocated funds specifically to support early team formation

• Equity-Based Participation: In addition to compensation, team members will be offered Class T shares, giving you an equity stake in Terravive Group’s long-term impact

• Mission-Driven Culture: Credentials don’t impress us—we value logic, ethics, unchained reasoning, bold thinking, and grounded creativity
